The Arcane Plane is one of the two overlapping Planes of Existence. These planes lay over the top of Lendahnna. A space where things exist and interact with the Material Plane. However, it is not a plane that someone can travel to. The Arcane Plane specifically allows Mortals to use magic from one of the three Types of Magic

Gods
Boccob is the God who created The Arcane Plane and oversees it’s access and power. Largely worked by the angel of the Leylines.
Geography
While there is no physical geography of the plane to traverse. The Arcane Plane does have a distinct look to those who can peer into it. Most of the latent magic dispersed from the Leylines is a pale blue. Visible as a sea of motes of light. Sometimes denser in places than others. The motes also shift towards casters when they access their magic.
Denizens
A few arcane Elementals and Celestials reside within The Arcane Plane and its Leylines. They protect the arcane secrets held within it.
