The Elemental Plane of Water is one of the four Elemental Planes of Existence. Most of it is consumed by raw water and sea life. The creatures that live there being capable of breathing underwater and swimming capabilities. Some coral and rock constructions line the center and various points along the plane.

Ninety percent or more of the Plane of Water is just that. Water. Among the water is coral and rock sections that house structures and bubbles. Where the denizens of the Plane of Water reside.

Denizens
The most common denizen of The Elemental Planes and the Plane of Water are Elementals. Beings made of raw elemental energy with varying levels of sentience.
Mortal Ancestries
The Genasi are one of two ancestries of Lendahnna that originated from The Elemental Planes. In this case Water Genasi. Long ago just before the end of The War, the Genasi were sent by the Djinns to spread knowledge and culture from The Elemental Planes and explore Lendahnna, making it their new home.
The other are Triton. These partially fish like folk with amphibious traits originated within the Plane of Water. They reside within the bubble cities spread throughout the plane. Their creation was part of the Gods creations. Eventually largely leaving the Plane of Water due to the dangers of the creatures in the Plane of Water.
