These elementally aligned Mortals came from The Elemental Planes shortly after The War. Over time diluting their bloodlines and purpose sent forth from the Djinns. Now Genasi are present all over Lendahnna
General Information
Genasi stand the same size and general shapes that Humans do. However, they also possess features of The Elemental Planes their blood comes from. This is different for each of the types of Genasi and some have stronger features than other. One Water Genasi may just have bluish skin. Another may actually drip with water, for example. Genasi also live slightly longer than Humans do.
Origins of Creation
The Djinns upon seeing the Gods create many Mortals in Lendahnna decided to give life to the Genasi. During the early portions of the Planes of Existence they remained there. After The War, the Djinns gave orders to a decent amount of Genasi to travel to Lendahnna and speak on the culture and history of The Elemental Planes and how the world came to form. Over the years most Genasi are no longer dealing with these commands. Instead being travelers and migrants to Lendahnna, and present all over the material plane. Some do still live in The Elemental Planes.
Sub-Ancestries
There are four different types of Genasi each after The Elemental Planes their elemental bloodline comes from. A Genasi born to two different kinds of Genasi will always only be one kind.
Regions
Genasi are present everywhere in Lendahnna in some capacity. Though never the highest in population of any given area. The more remote the less likely they are to be present. Typically the closer to an elemental power source or planar boundary, the higher chance that kind of Genasi will be present.
