Loxodon are a rare group of Mortals. While long ago more plentiful upon Lendahnna, created by the Gods to assist as valiant workers to help rebuild during the last stages of The War, now they are mostly scattered and struggle to repopulate. Some concern among them that despite their very long lives they will slowly die out.
General Information
Loxodon stand around seven feet in height, but are also incredibly wide in size and stature. Appearing primarily like bipedal elephant people, some do have wool like mammoths in the more cold regions of the world. Loxodon can live up to nearly a millennia and a half, but their Ancestry struggles with reproductive rates even within their own small communities. As such not many remain upon Lendahnna.
Origins of Creation
The Good Gods created Loxodon as a hearty and long living worker people to help rebuild civilization towards the end of The War. However, now a few generations removed they struggle to reproduce from their already small numbers. some fear within a a few more generations, there will be no more Loxodon upon Lendahnna.
Regions
While they can be present anywhere in Lendahnna, the highest concentrations of Loxodon communities are in Nostandor, Noldo, and Tarruset. A few also reside in the far northern portion of the plane.
