A diety of truly unruly domains. Istus commands control of Fate and Luck. Gathering anyone who may be looking for a quick chance at something grand will likely not find genuine comfort in Istus, but their prominent followers always end up in trouble.

Physical Description

Old Visage

A wise old man covered in resplendent robes and opulent accessories is typically the average description of Istus in the past. Sometimes also seen as a peddler or grifter who schemes against those with rigged games.

New Visage

Since The Relinquent. Istus has been rumored to be viewed more as a weaver. An androgynous figure whom pulls on strings and lets gold and gems pour out of their holy clothing.

Location of Worship

Istus finds worship all over the world. However, regularly reserved in greater amounts in the larger cities of the world. Merchant havens and capitalistic hubs will find Istus worship in large droves. Andurl and Tarruset in particular are large locations of worship.

Plane of Control

The Loom is the home of Istus. A sprawling golden city made of giant threads. Here fate itself is held in the sky and the Angels and denizens help it continue ever onward.

The average followers of Istus are those trying to make quick coin or money. Even if they do not pray or practice in traditional manner. However, the ones who truly thrive as followers of Istus are those who are willing to test fate. Be curious, and challenge destiny head on.

Old God

The Old God of Istus held the domain of fate. Arguably the strongest of the eldritch beings that helped form Lendahnna. Since then attempting to bend the entire Planes of Existence to it’s will. Finally giving up and being one of the first to agree to The Relinquent.

New God

The young Istus born of the shreds of The Old God and the worship below has been thrust into a chaotic position. Leaving much of their command to their Angels and followers. Casting assistance to many just to see what may come of it. Letting The Loom run unfettered.
