Location of Worship
Celestian finds greater worship along the coasts of Lendahnna. Where sailors and merchants need to ask for help in travel along side Fharlanghn. Additionally there is a higher chance of meeting Celestian followers out in the more remote places of the world than in civilization.
Plane of Control
The Astral Sea is where Celestian calls their home and controls. The dead do not depart there. And while the deities home is not known, it is likely to sit upon the mercurial seas.
Typical Followers
Most followers of Celestian are sailors who are also beholden to Fharlanghn. The other major worshippers are divination experts and fortune tellers. Occasionally mages who wish to harness the powers of the stars will find themselves in Celestian’s clutches.

Old God
The Old God Celestian was a responsible for holding the domain of dreams and wishes. The concepts their creations would hold onto hope for. Collecting them in the mercurial Astral Sea . When they left it was said that dreams became less consistent among the Mortals until the rest of the Gods stepped in.
New God
The young Celestian is a scarce presence upon Lendahnna. After being formed the overwhelming power of the wishes of Mortals has left them to recede themselves to be able to try to handle the weight of their domain.
