Neutral Evil God

Iuz is the God of oppression and pain. Subjugation and all the things that shackle entities to others. Some of their worship is considered beneficial as it also keeps the terrible things at bay. Locking the Demons and Devils and other negative entities in eternal prisons.

Physical Description

Iuz has always been presented as an amorphous creature made of chains and dark tentacles with light green orbs beneath the mass as eyes. They have no standard form of speech however, some of their followers claim divination comes via brans upon their skin.

Location of Worship

Iuz is not a widely worshipped deity. Especially not in the open or with genuine practice. That said many civilizations have unknowingly given power to the evil God in practice. The only locations that prominent Iuz worship occurs is in areas the borders between the Planes of Existence are weak. Subjugating the dark entities that slip through.

Plane of Control

Carceri is a plane of endless control and bindings. A prison of great expanse where only the worst Mortals end up in their afterlife. No Angels or divine live there. Manned by Iuz’s chains, with no need for attendants.

Typical Followers

The average follower of Iuz tends to be demented and twisted individuals trying to seize control of an area or region. Perhaps even the entire world. That said a few stalwart worshippers are very determined to keep Demons and Devils at bay. Imprisoning them for power to keep Lendahnna safe.

Angels

Iuz does not have Angels directly. Instead binding Demons and Devils to servitude. Some of them even being spies in The Lower Planes.

Old God

The Old God of Iuz was representative of the concept of oppression. Seeking out a truly terrifying desire to subjugate their creations. Greatly attempting to ruin the plans of it’s brethren with seeing Mortals as subjects. Happy to leave to find something they could control.

New God

The young Iuz has taken the stripped form of The Old God however, with the madness of their followers is left broken into nearly the simplest form of oppressive evil. Striking out eagerly at all of the Planes of Existence regardless of their divine alignment.
