Overview
At one point in fairly recent history the Phrados Flatlands were part of a wide stretch of plains and moderate forests. Home to a great deal of Mortals and life. However, during The Relinquent and the fracturing of Umalte Phraki, the flatlands are now a war torn and ravaged region. Most of the creatures and entities residing there being left over beings who came over during this time, or large creatures seeking to gain dominion.
Geography
Previously a beautiful plains region it is now mostly a barren and bruised grass and rock land. There is little of habital land beyond the edges against the Huvzalte Desert and the Coast of Karist.
The central points of the region are home to powerful creatures and beasts some of whom are looking to make their own claims to the region.

Climate
General
Generally the Flatlands are around the same temperatures and climate as the Huvzalte Desert. Though the ocean brings a more frequent storming. As a result of the fracturing nearby, elemental imbalance also strikes the area leading to peculiar storming such as heavy lightning storms, fire rain, and frequent tornadoes.
Seasons
While there all seasons in the Flatlands, they tend to be reduced in severity from the typical space. Instead the ravaging storms cause the more temperamental weather in the region.

Oplia
Oplia is the northern most city within Karrim and the furthest south location on the Phrados Flatlands. This city is positioned on the edge of some of the forests that run along the Coast of Karist. The city itself is a hub for adventurers trying to take big risks, a last stop of resupply before setting out into the flatlands to fight the creatures there for their plunder.
