Rules
- Necromantic and Enchantment magics should never be used on any living or previous creature outside of supervised class and study environments with faculty present, or after receiving validation as a Graduated Practitioner remaining on campus for study. Extreme exceptions for first aid. Punishment ranges from multiple demerits to immediate expulsion.
- Any magics targeted at other students or faculty with negative intent outside of sanctioned activities, studies, or extracurriculars are subject to punishment depending on the severity.
- Physical conflict between students or faculty outside of sanctioned activities, studies, or extracurriculars are subject to punishment depending on the severity.
- Accessing restricted research, areas, or materials reserved for faculty and specific students and researchers results in between one demerit to expulsion depending on severity.
- The dungeons, underground, and old campus locations are considered off limits to students. Exceptions are given to a few classrooms and living areas that are subterranean. Punishment varies between a single to a few demerits.
- Uniforms must be worn in their entirety, with allowed modifications, during all full school study days. During non-full study days students are free to wear their own choice of clothing. Should they be participating in official academy activities, beyond general attendance, they should at minimum be wearing their official cloaks, but encouraged to be in uniforms.
- Conjuration to and from the academy grounds for yourself or any other creature beyond registered familiars needs to be approved by the academy or done through the conjuration faculty. Exception given during designated move-in and move-out time periods.
- While not strictly restricted, students are asked to be aware that the space beyond the runic protection of the campus and grounds are not fully managed by the academy and due to the concentration of arcane attracts the attention of mortals, creatures, and other planar beings who may wish to interact with the surrounding area.
Demerits
Demerits are permanent infringements on a students records. Should a student ever acquire five demerits they will need to be taken to an academic committee to appeal to remain as student.
